is it possible to write an android app with this?

so there are actually 2-3 questions here i would like to ask.

1. can you write an apk that utilizes sytem apis like media notifications etc (activities)
2. services?
3. views, specificaly for creating keyboards?

The answer to all of those 3 is yes it will be possible in future, but not yet. Currently you can only call Rust code from the JVM side (so you could integrate it into an Android app, but it can't be the app on its own). In future, when support is added for calling JVM code from the Rust side, I think it should be possible to bind to all the normal Android APIs.
