Update wiki for DevNet 2.0: platform v2 contracts, commit-reveal, rewards, dinrep CLI (#207) Adds _Header.md (shown on every page) stating the wiki describes DevNet 2.0, soon to be launched, following develop. Rewrites Platform-Contracts, Task-Contracts, DIN-Representative and DIN-DAO; corrects the role, CLI, IPFS, node, worker, SDK, daemon and indexer pages against develop @ 740a613.
