DevNet 2.0 pre-launch — bugs & feedback (develop)

develop is where DevNet 2.0 is being built — nothing on this branch is live yet (the current live network is DevNet 1.0, on main). This thread is for feedback, questions, and bugs from anyone testing, reviewing, or building against develop ahead of the 2.0 launch.

This covers:

• Bugs or unexpected behavior you hit running dincli against develop
• Setup/installation issues specific to develop (venv, wheel/editable install, .env, wallet, IPFS provider)
• Contract-level questions about what's changed for 2.0 (staking/slashing, upgradeable proxies, scoring, etc.)
• Anything that doesn't behave the way Documentation/public/setup.md or Documentation/public/getting-started.md says it should

Before posting, a quick search of open threads here saves everyone time — you may not be the first to hit it.
