Add discussion of Blue Oak Council license lists #6

@bernhold

Description

@bernhold

The Blue Oak Council is a group of (IP) lawyers who provide information about open-source licensing. They have developed their own "model" permissive open-source license. They also maintain lists of licenses that they've analyzed and categorized as permissive or copyleft. The permissive license list is further graded into Gold, Silver, Bronze, or Lead in the extent to which the Council considers the license to address what they consider to be the most important elements of permissive license (see their model). The copyleft list is further broken down into weak, strong, network, and maximal.

Unfortunately, they don't provide details of their analyses, but folks may find the lists useful as another input to the decision-making process. So we should discuss/reference these lists in the Licensing lesson.
