Complete set of tests

There exists a set of tests in https://github.com/ICESAT-2HackWeek/h5cloud/tree/main/h5tests, but to complete the matrix we need:

Data to be created for:

• multi-file kerchunk
• geoparquet

• flatgeobuf Notebook to convert HDF5 to FlatGeobuf via H5DataFrame #11

Array Mean tests for:

• multi-file kerchunk
• geoparquet
• copc.io
• flatgeobuf Geopandas pyogrio driver test code #16

Spatial subsetting tests for:

• existing + repacked hdf5, using h5py - @jonm3D worked on this and @andypbarrett is working on putting it in the H5Test framework
• existing + repacked hdf5, using h5coro - @Alex-Lewandowski is working on this
• kerchunk original (individual files)
• kerchunk repacked (individual files)
• consolidated kerchunk
• geoparquet
• copc.io
• flatgeobuf

Fine by me! Are there folks actively working on this project again? I can easily create the issues but they should probable have some more details included.
