The other visualizations work but Overlaybar does not. Even just trying to preview it in Cognos Analytics 11.1.4 using the Report Custom Visual toolbox item does not result in the chart rendering. It prompts for all the required items such as the bar values but never renders the data. It looks like it's showing some of the bars titles at the top but is also messed up.
