Allow CMP users to configure whether DigiTrust ID is set as a third party cookie where DigiTrust (ID 64) has consent to access the user's device in addition to the exisiting configuration that allows the ID to be set as a first party cookie (via redirect).
DigiTrust ID third party cookie setting - Default configuration = True (config.digitrust.pixel)
DigiTrust ID first party cookie setting (redirect) - Default configuration = False (config.digitrust.redirects)
I assume that the goal here is just to set a cookie, and that cmp users do not wish to load a bunch of DigiTrust javascript.
