Add indicator of international or domestic to invoices

Finance team voiced the need to differentiate between international or domestic contracts for logistical reasons. This could likely be a bool associated once at the project level then displayed on the invoice view & invoice table.

This also was OTF specific but could see it be utilized by other adopters, happy to hear any thoughts otherwise

@wes-otf Is this only a data point for humans to see/read? Not something that Hypha should act on?

If that is the case I think a good option is to add a feature to "tag" invoices with "terms". These term would be editable in Wagtail admin. Orgs would add as many or few tags they need.

OTF might have only one "term", or perhaps two?

• International payment
• Domestic payment

This would allow for great flexibility. Orgs that do not need this would just not add any terms at all.

Yeah that would be nice! would this be similar to the "Tags" feature that exists on applications? I do like that the most as an option especially for adopters
