There doesn't seem to be any way to switch the active profile when multiple profiles are configured. The Home tab only lists the active profile. The Settings -> Manage Profiles page shows all of the profiles and indicates which one is active, but there is no control to change the active profile.
I think what is supposed to happen is all of the profiles are listed in the Home view so that you can select any of them to make them the active profile (which also shows their npub and QR code view).
