Release triage note: moved this to v0.8.68 with the Windows terminal/input liveness cluster. The original report is sparse and may already be addressed by later terminal, input-pump, and stalled-turn fixes. Before adding code, retest current CodeWhale on Windows 10 + WezTerm + PowerShell 7, identify any landed code or commits that fixed the no-response behavior, and only keep it open for a current reproducible hang.
