Once a ticket is scanned in the check-in page, the confirmation " checked in successfully" displays. There is no mention of the type of ticket ("ticket name" in Hi.Events terminology). This makes it very difficult for the check-in agent to:
Visually confirm that the person presenting the ticket meets the requirements of the ticket (e.g. child, senior, wheelchair user etc.)
Direct the ticket holder to the appropriate place (e.g. VIP Area, Stalls / Dress Circle seating)
Ideally, the check-in confirmation should display the ticket type (ticket name) in the confirmation message.
