diff between 'projects/configs/mapqr/mapqr_nusc_r50_24ep.py' and 'projects/configs/mapqr/mapqr_nusc_r50_24ep_new.py'

I’m trying to reproduce MapQR on NuScenes with R50 and a 24-epoch schedule. Having two similarly named configs is a bit confusing without a short changelog. A brief clarification would help users choose the right one.
