info.txt file missing from default location

When using the load_info() function with default arguments (i.e., info_file=None) the following error is raised:
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'C:\\Users\\Parsa\\anaconda3\\lib\\site-packages\\kftools\\data\\info.txt'

Other functions that call load_info() such as fetch_file() are also affected.
