The Artboard tool needs to support G/S (grab and scale) transformation

When the Artboard tool is selected, G/S (like the G/R/S of the Select and Path tools) needs to allow the user to grab and scale the selected artboard. Code should be reused in the implementation.

See in the clip. The way we are able to do G/S(Grab and Scale) transformation with the rectangle layer, we want the same transformation with artboard.

I just checked this and it seem working. If I choose the artboard tool and I click&drag anywhere on the artboard then I can move the artboard around. If I click and drag one of the corners of the artboard then I can resize it, if I hold shift I can constrain the proportions. So I am confused now because the artboard tool already seem work just like if I resize a rectangle with the selection tool.
[Edit]When I move the artboard then the contents are moving with it, but if I change the artboard size then the contents are not scaled with the artboard. Do you want to give the user the option to scale the contents as well during resizing?

There is no clicking involved. This is about the G/R/S hotkeys.

I opened PR #4039. This is just a draft, I was not able to finish this yet. I just created it so the progress is visible. The G shortcut is already working now. The scaling is not yet because it is going to require some additional functions to make it work. I intend to work on it next week and hopefully finish it.

Hello! We've finished implementing the G/S in this draft PR we made. There's a clip attached in it just to show its changes. We assumed when changing the artboard, we wouldn't want anything inside to scale/move with it so that's how we did it for now but it can be changed if that wasn't the idea.

Our next steps will be making some changes to what were recommended to do by the Gemini AI in the PR and then looking at how some similar features were tested and attempt to replicate that. We were also thinking of adding the rotate hotkey in there too while were here. We have a presentation on this on Thursday so we'll most likely be getting this all in by the weekend or Monday if we can.

I also just saw how someone else opened a PR for this as well. We took some time to make a draft PR for this since it took us a little while to get familiar with the code base before starting. Sorry about that.

Thanks for your update. And so I'm on the same page, who is "we"? You mentioned rotation, that is not an expected capability of artboards.

Were a small group of students at Carnegie Mellon. Working on an open source project is an assignment in one of our classes and Graphite seemed very active and had a great system in place to make things easy. Thanks for clarifying for the rotation.
