Changing graph node type in node editor dialog does not show in graph editor

Graph node type gets changed in other screens (such as dashboard view) but node type in graph editor does not show up properly after change and save.

Fixed in #73 (merged to develop). The reinit gatekeeper now tracks a per-node id:type signature, so changing a node's type forces a full re-render of its card — color, border and icon now update in graph view, not just the badge text. (The selective-update path previously refreshed text only.)
