I tried sending the Pokémon Eggs from the Pokémon Center Japan (JPAJ - Pokémon Egg PCJP) wireless event to my japanese Emerald and realized that when hatched, the four Pokémon (Bellsprout, Poliwag, Meowth and Oddish) didn't have their respective exclusive moves (Teeter Dance, Sweet Kiss, Petal Dance and Leech Seed respectively).
Is it a known issue? Didn't find anyone mentioning it anywhere.
