Missing title in RSS feed creates posts with no title

I was going to pull in a Mastodon feed (add .rss behind the URL of the account), but I noticed the feed has no titles and the resulting posts have to title to click.

Proposal: if the feed has no title, use a part of the description as title (maybe up to 40 chars?)

Finally took some time to try and fix this, but before I make the PR, there's one weird thing:
if I replace driver.php on my forum with my own copy, the extension page for feedpostbot says there are no feeds configured (but it does work).
Any idea what can cause this?
