Format Structure:
{SITE}-{PROJECT}-{LINE}-{BASELINE}-{POL}-{VER}-{UNW}

Component Breakdown:

• SITE: A 4-letter uppercase abbreviation of the geographic location (e.g., SILV for Silver City, SANA for San Andreas).
• PROJECT: The 5-digit JPL project or mission area code.
• LINE: The 5-digit flight line identifier (representing the specific path the aircraft traveled).
• BASELINE: The temporal baseline in days (e.g., 019 for 19 days between acquisitions), indicating the duration of the observation.
• POL: The radar polarization (e.g., HH for Horizontal-Horizontal), which defines how the radar signal was transmitted and received.
• VER: The product version number (e.g., 2.3), ensuring distinction between reprocessed datasets.
• UNW: A processing status flag where U indicates Unwrapped data is available and W indicates Wrapped phase only.

Example Transformation:

• Input Data: silver_34715_20011-001_20016-002_0019d_s01_L090HH_01 with unw: 1 and version: 2.3
