Document GeneralUpdate.Drivelution for cross-platform driver update scenarios.

Acceptance criteria

• Covers validation, backup, installation, rollback, compatibility checks, permissions, signatures, restart behavior, and platform differences.
• Explains how driver updates differ from normal application file updates.
• Keeps this scope separate from firmware update documentation.
