Extend GRCAN Parsing Into Mapache

Problem and Scope

Data subteam does not love DBC files, they might like porting to their platform as well if it is feasible and not too much overhead on our own work

Suggested Solution

Look at Mapache/gr26/model/gps.go for an example, it could be interesting to generate a Go module in our repo that can then be automatically imported into Mapache code

The auto-generated Go module could be put into Autogen/CAN/Inc/Go or something for example

Alternative Solutions

Not sure, I would be open to pretty much any solution, including having Data team just look at our DBC
