As an admin user I'd like some kind of alert when a new appointment comes in

There should be some way to let the frontdesk staff know that a new appointment was requested.

If the page is currently in focus, this can be in the form of a toast.
If the user is currently on a different tab there should be some way to update the tab title or favicon (if possible) to indicate this.
