Generated via git-cliff for the exact missing range (3.7.2..3.8.6) rather than a full regeneration, which would have expanded this file back to its full, uncurated project history (1.1.0 onward) instead of the curated recent-releases-only content it already carries. Also restores the blank line between entries that a multi-version --prepend in one pass doesn't insert on its own (this script is normally run once per release, where the existing content already supplies that separator).
