No option to edit CSV files

Steps to reproduce the bug

Open the CSV file from Fossify File Manager using Documents, try to edit

Expected behavior

Pencil icon is visible, pressing on it opens the document in editing mode

Actual behavior

Pencil icon is missing, no options to edit the document.

Only option to edit the CSV document is to open it from withing the Documents app.
