[Feature Request] Add optional description field for uploaded files

Allow users to add a short description to each file (displayed alongside filename, size, etc.) to provide context without requiring filename changes.

Thanks for the feedback. I will keep it in mind - however with the current design the table is already quite crowded, so the whole design would need some rework
