I installed the patch based on code on #366

Having checked the status of the patch, I can't tell if it was installed correctly. Here is what I see in terminal

Using switchrezx, I am still unable to get 4k at 60hz on my LG UHD TV via HDMI. Am I doing something wrong?

This patch did not work for me on MacOS 10.15.7. Do you know what could be wrong?

@Floris497 based on the readme, it sounds like my MD5 information needs to be added to the CoreDisplay patcher, is there a formal way I should request this?
