Validate User Doesn't Already Have Book Loaned During Reservation

Users should not be able to reserve a book they currently have on loan.

Acceptance Criteria:

Check user's active loans before allowing reservation

Prevent reservation if user already has the book on loan

Provide appropriate error message

Consider edge cases where loan is about to expire
