Missing sample .env file

Hi, I'm interested in trying to set up a local instance of precidionFDA to experiment with the package.

I've managed to get most of it installed, but it appears there is a missing .env file that is pretty integral to launching the web server.

Copying a sample .env is mentioned in this readme, but nothing exists in the repo.

Does a sample .env exist for this project?
