Non-standard format for packaging.package_ndc and packaging.marketing_start_date of the NDC data set

We are seeing multiple string date formats under marketing_start_date. For example package_ndc 58032-2032-0 has the date format of 13-NOV-19, while 80425-0408-1 has the format of 20240625.

Also, we were receiving package_ndc records that did not follow a XXXXX-XXXX-XX format for example, there is a record with 02.

Is this expected? If so is there any documentation about the expected formats to be included within these columns?
