DelphiGoogleMap will not install in Delphi 12 CE

The installer, DelphiGoogleMaps_Setup.exe, gives the following error message:-

**_The RAD Studio 12 Athens does not support command line
compilation. You have to install the library manually.

Please, report this issue._**

If you are using Delphi 12 CE you must install this library manually, building packages...

Yes, in the Readme.md:

MANUAL INSTALLATION
If you don't want to use the installer, you can build the packages:

Open {DelphiGoogleMapFolder}\Packages{DelphiVer}\DelphiGoogleMapsPackages.groupproj from Delphi IDE
Build Run-Time Package: DelphiGoogleMap
Build and Install Design-Time Package:
Add {DelphiGoogleMapFolder}\Source to Delphi source path
