[Bug]: Paper identified and Bukkit

Description of the bug

I'm running a Paper 26.2 server. When the plugin loads it generates an errors and quits.

As the plugin won't even load I can not say what other problems occur.

Steps To Reproduce

1. create Paper server
2. start server

Yes, it did.

The message now is:

[10:36:43 ERROR]: [HeadsPlus] !!! YOU ARE USING HEADSPLUS ON A NEW UNSUPPORTED VERSION. !!!

But the rest of the log would indicate the plugin loaded successfully.
