Adopt Blizzard's stable numeric Character Profile Status ID as SlashWho's character identity, replacing or augmenting the canonical realm/name key.
This should address rename and transfer continuity and the known stale outbound-link defect. It is deliberately outside the achievement-fingerprint discovery design: it needs a migration and compatibility plan for existing snapshots, while keeping the no-persisted-fingerprint-material rule unchanged.
