Good implementation with the TPL5010. Have you looked at the TPL5110? Could simplify your circuit a tad. I've used TPL5110s for low-power nodes when a watchdog is not required and TPL5010s when an external watchdog is required. (note: external independent watchdogs are required for certain safety standards)
