Single-band uint16 TIFF images display with poor contrast because values are mapped against the full uint16 range. HistomicsUI appears to hide the frame/windowing controls when the image has only one frame/band, but these controls are still needed for grayscale high-bit-depth images. It would be useful to expose window/level controls for single-band uint16 images and/or auto-initialize display min/max from robust percentiles without modifying source data.
