[BUG] Clipping Search Bar in certain windows ratio

Describe your issue

In certain ratios, when an operation is running and the upper notification still visible, the main search bar is clipped through as in the screenshot below.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Get a failed operation.
2. Run another operation.
3. Go to the Discover Package tab.
