Publish build artifacts to Sonatype Nexus (PyPI channel: imod-python-releases)

Summary

Sonatype Nexus is implemented at Deltares to store releases internally. This project should publish its Python package artifacts to the internal Nexus instance at \internal-artifacts.deltares.nl.

Task

• Create a new PyPI channel named \imod-python-releases\ on \internal-artifacts.deltares.nl\
• Update the TeamCity and/or GitHub Actions release pipeline to publish the package to this channel on every release and pre-release

Motivation

To maintain a complete internal storage of software produced by Deltares, ensuring there is always a place to find the latest releases and pre-releases, should \pypi.org\ ever cease to exist.

Acceptance Criteria

• PyPI channel \imod-python-releases\ created on \internal-artifacts.deltares.nl\
• Release pipeline publishes to the Nexus PyPI channel on every release and pre-release
