Uncertainty calculation does not report progress

Current behaviour

Detected with Crude Monte Carlo, but also check other uncertainty algorithms and sensitivity

Desired behaviour

Uncertainty calculation provides progress (all algorithms)

Additional context

ModelRunner::reportProgress should be called
