Currently the data structure in a workspace follows FreeSurfer/FastSurfer style layouts - having case IDs at the toplevel followed by the analysis outputs in respective folders and user data next to them.
We should either fully change to BIDS or make conversion seamless, so that we can run BIDS apps, differentiate modalities, and use the other BIDS features.
Follow up work would also be supporting BIDS import into NeuroCade.
