Does FastSurfer support non-T1 modalities for improved pial surfaces?

Hello, FreeSurfer supports --flair or --t2 modalities. Does FastSurfer also support this? Just wondering because I do not see anything in the documentation about it.

No it does not. In the next release we add a flag for T2 as it can help the hypothalamus module (which we'll also add). It would be easy to include support for using the T2 also for the pial, but in the past we have seen cases where it did more harm than good ( in earlier Freesurfer versions, maybe it is fixed now).
