"Parse error" in Base.agda with 2.6.1

Is there a special flag to activate flat? I get an error in most files when I try to compile with 2.6.1, which is what I happened to have on my system. Any fix or workaround welcome!

Indeed the syntax appears to have changed from (a :{♭} A) to (@♭ a : A). I'll see if I can make a PR for it.
