- Removed BUILD_COMPLETE.md (internal build notes)
- Removed LAUNCH_CHECKLIST.md (launch strategy)
- Removed PUBLISHING.md (internal publishing guide)
- Removed WEBSITE_INTEGRATION.md (integration plans)

These files contained internal strategy and future roadmap information that should remain private.
