Redis cache uncapped LRU #59

Currently Redis is used with timeouts. Change to cache to keep positive results permanently with LRU.

Remove timeouts for successful operations
Leave timeouts for unsuccessful ones
Configure Redis to cap data
Set eviction policy (LRU or LFU)
