How to reproduce

Subject: Creality Print 7.2.1.5476 – Right side clipped when maximized on 2560x1440 monitor

I am reporting a display/window-management issue in Creality Print version 7.2.1.5476.

System/setup

• Windows 11 laptop
• Connecting to the laptop using Windows Remote Desktop (RDP)
• RDP session uses two of my three physical monitors
• Left monitor: 1920 × 1080
• Right monitor: 2560 × 1440
• The left monitor is set to 100% scaling
• The right monitor was originally set to 125% scaling; I also tested it at 100%

Problem

When Creality Print 7.2.1.5476 is maximized on the right 2560 × 1440 monitor, the right side of the Creality Print application is clipped and cannot be seen.

The left 1920 × 1080 monitor works correctly. Creality Print displays normally when maximized on that monitor.

If I restore the Creality Print window and manually resize it on the right monitor, the entire application becomes visible.

Testing performed

1. I verified the problem with Creality Print 7.2.1.5476.
2. I downgraded to the previous Creality Print version using the same computer and identical RDP/monitor configuration.
3. The previous version works correctly when maximized on the right 2560 × 1440 monitor.
4. I upgraded back to 7.2.1.5476, and the problem returned.
5. I changed the right monitor scaling from 125% to 100%. The problem remained.
6. The left 1920 × 1080 monitor continues to work correctly.
7. Other Windows applications maximize correctly on the right monitor.

This appears to be a regression in Creality Print 7.2.1.5476 involving maximized-window sizing under Windows Remote Desktop on a 2560 × 1440 monitor.

Reproduction

1. Connect to the Windows 11 laptop using Windows Remote Desktop with the two monitors described above.
2. Start Creality Print 7.2.1.5476.
3. Move Creality Print to the right 2560 × 1440 monitor.
4. Maximize the Creality Print window.
5. The right side of the Creality Print interface is clipped.
6. Move Creality Print to the left 1920 × 1080 monitor and maximize it.
7. The application displays correctly.

The previous version of Creality Print does not have this problem under the same conditions.

Please investigate the maximized-window sizing/calculation in version 7.2.1.5476 when running under Windows Remote Desktop on a 2560 × 1440 monitor.

I can provide screenshots, screen recordings, or additional system information if needed.
