How to reproduce

1. Install the official CrealityPrint_7.2.1.5476_Release.exe package.
2. Launch Creality Print.
3. Windows immediately reports a Bad Image error for TKG3d.dll and Creality Print does not start.
4. Reinstalling 7.2.1.5476 from the official full installer gives the same result.
5. Creality Print 7.2.0.5226 runs normally on the same Windows installation.
6. Windows Code Integrity log records Event ID 3077 for TKG3d.dll.

Actual results

Creality Print 7.2.1.5476 fails to launch with:

TKG3d.dll - Bad Image
Error status 0xC0E90002

Windows Code Integrity logs show Event ID 3077:

Code Integrity determined that CrealityPrint.exe attempted to load TKG3d.dll that did not meet the Enterprise signing level requirements or violated code integrity policy.

The same error occurs after reinstalling 7.2.1.5476 from the official full installer.

Expected results

Creality Print 7.2.1.5476 should launch normally on Windows 11 with Smart App Control enabled, as Creality Print 7.2.0.5226 does on the same system.

Not applicable. Creality Print 7.2.1.5476 fails before the application UI opens, so no project file can be created or exported for this failure.

For comparison, the working TKG3d.dll from Creality Print 7.2.0.5226 reports:

Although the older TKG3d.dll is also unsigned, it loads normally and Creality Print 7.2.0.5226 works on the same Windows 11 installation.

The TKG3d.dll supplied with 7.2.1.5476 is specifically blocked by Windows Code Integrity / Smart App Control.

Please investigate the Windows packaging/signing of TKG3d.dll and related OCCT binaries in 7.2.1.5476.

Disabling Smart App Control system-wide should not be required when the previous Creality Print release works with it enabled.

Update: after a fresh reinstall of the same official Creality Print 7.2.1.5476 package, the application now launches normally on the previously affected Windows 11 PC.

Important diagnostics after the successful launch:

• Smart App Control is still enabled in Enforce mode: VerifiedAndReputablePolicyState = 1
• The currently installed TKG3d.dll is still NotSigned
• Current TKG3d.dll SHA-256: 9340986F0EAC4915684C0C952F43DA4398094E3895EE76DEB90F8BF1B2EF163B
• Creality Print 7.2.1.5476 now starts normally with these settings unchanged

Previously, on the same PC, Windows Code Integrity generated Event ID 3077 for TKG3d.dll and blocked the application with 0xC0E90002.

This suggests the issue may involve Smart App Control / reputation / Code Integrity evaluation rather than only installer corruption. I did not disable Smart App Control or change any Windows security settings.

One limitation: I did not capture the SHA-256 of the 7.2.1.5476 TKG3d.dll while it was in the blocked state, so I cannot confirm whether the currently working DLL is byte-for-byte identical to the one that previously triggered Event 3077.

I can confirm the same Smart App Control / Code Integrity issue with another OCCT binary: TKMesh.dll.

System and application details:

• Smart App Control: Enforce mode (VerifiedAndReputablePolicyState = 1)

Creality Print worked normally with this same file until 24 August 2026. On 25 August, Windows started blocking TKMesh.dll without the DLL being replaced or modified.

I performed a clean uninstall and reinstalled the official CrealityPrint_7.2.1.5476_Release.exe. The installer SHA-256 matched the digest published by Creality:

The clean installation completed successfully, but the newly installed application immediately failed with the same TKMesh.dll error and the same Code Integrity events.

This confirms that reinstalling the official package does not resolve the issue. The installer is trusted, but the bundled OCCT DLL is unsigned and is currently being rejected by Smart App Control. Please sign TKMesh.dll and the other bundled OCCT binaries, or work with Microsoft to restore their reputation.

Disabling Smart App Control system-wide should not be required to run the official Creality Print package.

Same symptom as reported: fails before the UI loads. Tried a full uninstall + reinstall + reboot (fresh install, not an upgrade) and got the identical error every time — so this isn't install-corruption, it's consistent with the Code Integrity / Smart App Control block described above, just tripping on a different DLL (TKVCAF.dll vs TKG3d.dll), which suggests multiple binaries in this build have the same signing problem.
