Set up CI

We need a CI enviroment to at least lint all files for syntax guidelines - there are several Python tools to do this. I only have experience with Travis CI, but most platforms should be usable.

• Pick CI platform
• Create initial CI configuration (empty)
• Add linter to check code styling in PRs
• As features are added: full test suite
