Context

Canonical cobalt was locked at #21468B (Dutch-flag blue, --c-blue-cobalt) on 2026-05-13; #4376FC is the retired legacy. Today (2026-05-19) saw a flurry of brand fixes on softwarecatalog and planix — both repos shipped a revert-and-re-apply pair (sc#256→#257, planix#202→#203), netting back to the canonical hex but exposing that the fleet sweep is incomplete.

Personal-memory note reference_conduction-brand-hex flags this explicitly: "fleet sweep incomplete — many apps still on legacy".

Action

• Audit every app's img/app-store.svg (and any other branded SVG) for #4376FC
• Audit CSS for hard-coded #4376FC references (should be var(--c-blue-cobalt))
• Apply per-app PRs in a coordinated wave
• Confirm preset 3.x design tokens point to #21468B (preset 4.0 wrap-user-presets plan is separate — see project_preset-4.0-wrap-user-presets)
