How: add a SymbolDef in src/symbols/lib/frequent.ts (or heat.ts) — a square with an inward spiral path, 2 process ports (w/e), tagRule: 'equipment'. Register in src/symbols/lib/index.ts, add the id to tests/symbols/catalog.test.ts (PHASE4_IDS pattern), eyeball in the palette at 100%/200% zoom.
