Output Volume Ignoring Settings When Streaming

Hi! I'm currently experiencing an issue where the plugin seems to ignore the obs mixer volume sliders whenever a stream starts.

Here was the process I took to identify the problem.

1. Enable a Media Playlist Source (In my case, set to a folder directory)
2. Slide volume slider to -30db
3. Start playlist
4. Record for 10 seconds, then start stream and record for another 10 seconds

For the 10 seconds where I am only recording, the output is at the correct volume, but upon starting a stream, the slider is ignored, leading to the music being far louder than it is supposed to.

Also, changing the volume slider while the stream is going does not change the volume at all (It changes for the monitoring, but not output)

I troubleshooted in the OBS discord, and they confirmed it seems to be an issue with the plugin as the volume does not increase on monitoring or in any mixing software

Recording has no bearing on this issue, as doing a test stream where I was only streaming lead to the extremely loud volume as well

I want to add that originally I thought this might be related to another issue #50

but their issue was fixed in the latest version of obs (Which I'm on). So it seem to be separate

Yes i have the same issue, OBS is upto date and I have been trying to find a work around but no luck yet, filters dont work and even when the volume bar is at the lower point the sounds are still playing.
