I think it'd be good if we added some faces to the site, and the mostly-likely-to-be-relevant version of that is that Captains (and anyone else who has adopted a "named role" who wants one) has their face and a brief bio on a single "Team" or "Leadership" and/or "Board" page.
(I especially I want images because it gives new people a "human" reference point for the whole thing, and a better chance of showing up to the meeting when new with a sense "this must be the place because I saw that face online.")
