Add Functionality - Employee database; Archive employee

Instead of just deleting employee add possibility to archive.
It might be helpful when you want to check former employee attendance list with salary list (In case of State labor inspection) or when you are employing someone again, you might want to check how many hours he worked before (was he working hard or not)
