chore: rename org to Cloud2BR Open Source Microsoft Cloud Sandbox - Learning Hub

- Replace all MicrosoftCloudEssentials-LearningHub slug with Cloud2BR-MSFTLearningHub
- Update header blocks: replace brown9804 link with Cloud2BR OSS - Learning Hub org link
